Prozessdokumente k\u00f6nnen zu grob, aber auch zu detailliert beschrieben sind. In dieser Folge erl\u00e4utere ich, was aus meiner Erfahrung nach die wichtigsten und notwendigsten Informationen sind, um Prozesse und T\u00e4tigkeiten zu beschreiben.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Prozessdokumente, aber alle haben eins gemeinsam: sie sollen dem Leser die Gesch\u00e4ftsabl\u00e4ufe in einer gewissen Form \u00fcbermitteln. Die Herausforderung dabei ist, das richtige Mittel zwischen zu abstrakter und zu detaillierter Darstellung\u00a0 zu finden. Fehlende Informationen einerseits k\u00f6nnen zu Unklarheiten, st\u00e4ndigen Nachfragen und im schlimmsten Fall auch zu falschem Handeln f\u00fchren. Zu viele oder sogar unn\u00f6tige Informationen machen Prozessdokumentationen unn\u00f6tig kompliziert und verwirren den Leser eher als sie ihm weiterhelfen. In dieser Folge erl\u00e4utere ich, was aus meiner Erfahrung nach die wichtigsten und notwendigsten Informationen sind, um Prozesse und T\u00e4tigkeiten zu
