{"id":2997,"date":"2021-11-04T06:54:02","date_gmt":"2021-11-04T05:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prozessmaler.de\/?p=2997"},"modified":"2025-10-16T18:26:34","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T16:26:34","slug":"denken-in-lebenszyklen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prozessmaler.de\/?p=2997","title":{"rendered":"Denken in Lebenszyklen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201eIch finde keinen richtigen Anfang\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Das h\u00f6re ich oft, wenn es um Themen der Prozessaufnahme und Prozessdokumentation geht und wie man diese am besten strukturiert.<\/p>\n<p>Ein guter Ansatz kann sein, in Lebenszyklen zu denken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was sind Lebenszyklen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ganz einfach: es geht darum, ein Prozess in verschiedene Lebensphasen zu unterteilen. Alles hat immer einen Anfang, danach kommt der Mittelteil und klar, abschlie\u00dfend das Ende.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Denken kann man auf viele Prozesse anwenden, wenn auch nicht auf alle.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei Beispiele:<\/p>\n<p>1. Personal-Prozesse<\/p>\n<p>Hier k\u00f6nnen die verschiedenen Lebensphasen folgenderma\u00dfen definiert werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am Anfang steht die <u>Personalplanung<\/u> auf Basis des Personalbedarfs (geplant, ungeplant)<\/li>\n<li>Danach kommt die <u>Personalsuche<\/u> und Auswahlprozesse<\/li>\n<li>In der <u>Einstellung<\/u> kommen die ganzen Formalit\u00e4ten, wie z.B. Lieferantenmanagement-Prozesse<\/p>\n<p>Hier h\u00e4tten wir folgende M\u00f6glichkeit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am Anfang steht ein <u>Bedarf<\/u> nach Artikeln \/ Ware \/ Material \/ Dienstleistungen<\/li>\n<li>Danach kommt die <u>Lieferantensuche<\/u> und ggfs.
